Shipping Information



1. Standard Weight Sculptures

All standard weight sculptures will be processed within 72 hours. Shipping times will depend on UPS shipping carrier. 

UPS (under 70 lbs) shipments are normally between 4-6 business days to be delivered after processing from the time your order leaves our warehouses.

Please check the shipping times with Our company is very confident in the UPS system and we have had much success shipping with the UPS.

  • We are not responsible for delivery times, as we do not drive the mail truck but we will do everything within our power to assure you a fast delivery!
  • We are also not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to include the proper address.
  • Shipping for returned sculptures due to the incorrect addresses is the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure that you have the proper address.
  • We reserve the right to ask for additional shipping charges to resend a sculpture that was incorrectly/improperly addressed.

2. Special Custom Orders

Special custom orders will take as long as 4 weeks to create, depending on the size of the sculpture and the artist's availability. The sculpture will be shipped from Zimbabwe and shipping times will depend on the shipping and freight company. We will be in touch with you during the whole process so you know what is occurring.

3. Large Size Items Over 70 lbs - Freight items

Freight Orders are most small sculptures over 70 lbs. We ship freight orders via our ground transportation services.


Freight shipments (over 70 bs) can take 7 or more business days to be delivered. 

Note: A regulation for truck drivers is that they are not required to give assistance unloading. Please be prepared for this, as you are responsible for unloading the items. 

If needed, a lift gate service is often available at an additional cost. See below for more information.


    1. Standard Weight Sculptures

    Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled, type of shipping service and any handling fees that apply.

    All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point and ship prepaid. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. 

    Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 75 lbs must be crated at an additional cost.

    2. Special Custom Orders & Large Size Items

    Products over 75 lbs that are shipped may require freight shipping, We provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times. All additional Crate and Freighting Fees will be billed separately after processing your order. Not extra charges will be made without your consent.

    Our shipping charges and methods are determined by the type of product ordered, dimension and weight, and destination.


    If you have a UPS or FEDEX shipping account, please create a customer account and we will accommodate your shipping requirements. Fill in your shipping information and we will ship per your instructions.

    Collect Shipments - We will gladly ship via your specified carrier, however; we will not ship with certain carriers due to poor experience.


    We use UPS Ground or truck freight line to ship your orders to you. 


    We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.


    Absolutely. You will be able to ship to another address during the checkout process.
    Please enter the proper address, as we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses. Please see above for more information.  One address per order.


    You will receive an automatic email after your order has been placed with your order number and invoice. We require a valid email so that you receive this information and can contact you with any difficulties with your submission of your order. It's important to note that some email services may screen emails and our confirmation email may go to your SPAM folder. Please add us to your address book to avoid this.

    If you add your mobile number at checkout, we can send you a SMS message with your information.


        If you do not have the equipment to offload certain overweight items from the delivery truck, a truck with a lift gate must be assigned for delivery of your order and additional charges will apply. The lift-gate charge covers the cost of this special delivery.

        A freight company usually contacts you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to make lift-gate arrangements. Please assure your order has a valid daytime phone number or voicemail box set-up. If you have questions, you may contact Customer Service at 888 551 0656 ext 101, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm (CT). 

        Freight Shipments Damage and Loss

        Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Please be aware that freight delivery shipments often encounter rough handling resulting in damage or loss. In order to hold the freight companies accountable, the shipment must be thoroughly inspected before signing the delivery document. This includes inspecting for concealed damage.

        Whether the shipment will be received by you, a colleague, or a customer it must be inspected.

        If the receiver of the shipment has a waiver with the LTL carrier for No signature required, this authorization alleviates both the company and the carrier from any responsibility.

        Damaged shipments must be refused or notated on the delivery document.


        The receiver must inspect the shipment prior to releasing the carrier. We are not responsible for damaged or lost product.

        Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier and clearly noted on Bills of Lading when receiving shipments. This is necessary for your protection.

        Although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify us immediately so that we may be of some assistance.

        Shipping and handling are nonrefundable.


        International Sales must be approved and paid in full prior to shipment.

        Shipping and handling does not include any broker fees, customs fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed on shipments entering the destination country, nor is Moyo Collection or Artistic Africa Gallery liable for payment of them.

        We DO NOT collect any other duties or fees. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office, and we have absolutely no control over this, nor do we know how much will be collected from you.

        We also do not have any control over customs or the packages that they may randomly inspect, and cannot guarantee that your sculpture will or will not be subject to searches through customs. We can tell you that the sculptures that we ship no more likely to be inspected than any other package.

        We do not accept forced returns because you have not collected your package.

        It is important to note that undeliverable packages or packages that go unclaimed by the customer will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping should your package return to us. We also reserve the right to refuse returns. Any package sent back to us without express written permission will result in it being treated as abandoned property

        We collect postage that covers our cost of shipping and handling from the United States only.

        PLEASE NOTE: All orders shipping outside the continental US and is heavier than 75 lbs, cannot be placed through our online service. Please contact us and we will contact you to get your order to you safely and quickly.
